Sam Hawks, CPA Senior Manager

Sam began his career in 2016. His current practice includes federal and state tax consulting and compliance for both public and private companies. Sam has extensive experience assisting clients with tax optimization at all stages of the company life cycle, including mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, intercompany transactions, reporting of international operations, income tax provisions and maximizing tax attributes. When he’s not in the office, Sam enjoys duck hunting and golfing.
