Jason Garwood, CPA Director

Jason has over 20 years of tax compliance and consulting experience and has been serving clients with Pope, Shamsie & Dooley since 2005. Prior to joining our team, Jason worked with Ernst & Young in Austin. He mostly focuses on large corporation and partnership compliance projects including Federal, multi-state and international. He also assists clients with income tax provisions, mergers & acquisitions, tax research and federal and state income tax examinations. Jason met his wife Amity in high school, and they have four sons. When he’s not in the office, Jason can usually be found spending time with his family, on a basketball court (with or without his sons), or at his local Orthodox Church.
