David Pope, CPA Partner

David has over 30 years of tax consulting and compliance experience, serving primarily high-growth public and private companies. He started in the Houston practice of Ernst & Young before relocating to Austin. He has assisted clients with tax planning and operational aspects of their business and has significant partnership, consolidated corporate, and mergers and acquisitions experience. In addition, David has experience assisting clients with due diligence on both the buy and sell side.
