Brian Sullivan, CPA Senior Manager

As a born and raised Austinite, Brian took a brief recess from his hometown to receive his BBA & Masters Degrees from Texas Christian University in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Soon after graduating, he returned to Austin and has spent the last 11+ years honing his tax compliance and consulting skills at Pope, Shamsie & Dooley. Brian’s experience includes compliance and consulting projects covering large public corporations to small Austin tech start-ups, and everything in between. While he’s accrued extensive experience with ASC 740 (including financial statement tax disclosures), corporate M&A and reorganizations, and state compliance in this ever-changing tax climate, client service is the name of the game for Brian as he continually strives to provide a holistic experience for each entity and individual he works with. In his downtime, you’ll find Brian training for his next triathlon (Ironman Florida being his crowning achievement) or touring local bookstores and the Fredericksburg Hill Country with his wife Kate.
