Johan Oosthuizen, CPA Partner

Johan began his career in 2009. His current practice includes federal and state tax consulting and compliance for both public and private companies. Johan has extensive experience assisting clients with tax optimization at all stages of the company life cycle, including mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, intercompany transactions, reporting of international operations, income tax provisions and maximizing tax attributes. He is passionate about the technology industry, seamlessly merging his expertise in technology with his deep knowledge of tax matters. Johan also serves as head of PSD’s internal IT department, ensuring innovative solutions and operational efficiency for the work that PSD performs.
